How You Can Get to Know Jesus

 

AWESOME!!!

 

You have chosen to make the most important decision of your life... to accept Jesus Christ into your heart. 

 

Here is a few steps in receiving Jesus Christ into your heart...

  1. Admit your need (I am a sinner).

  2. Be willing to turn from your sins (repent).

  3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave.

  4. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit. (Receive Him as Lord and Savior.)

 

Just pray this simple prayer...

 

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name.
Amen."

 

Guess What?

Romans 10:13 says, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  Which basically means, you are now a child of God.

CONGRATULATIONS!!


Luke 15:7 says, "...there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God...".  In otherwords, heaven is having a party right now, because you have made the decision for give your heart to Jesus and follow Him.
